Most people don’t quit training because they don’t know it matters. They quit because they’ve never found a way of training they can stick to.

The Moai 6-Week Foundation Phase changes that: three coach-led sessions a week using kettlebells, strength and conditioning. Every session is guided, so you always know what to do and how to progress while you build strength and lasting habits.

PHASE 1

Consultation

Before you train, we sit down to understand you: your goals, your training history, and what's held you back before. It gives us a clear starting point and means your training fits where you are now, not where someone assumes you should be.

PHASE 2

The Programme

Three coach-led sessions a week, built around kettlebells, strength and conditioning. You'll learn to move properly, build strength that's useful outside the gym, and find a rhythm that keeps you coming back. Every session is structured and coached, so all you have to do is show up.

PHASE 3

Review & Membership

After six weeks we sit down again and look at how far you've come and what's next. For a lot of people, this is the point training stops being a phase and becomes part of life. If Moai feels right, you can carry on as a full member and keep building on the strength and habits you've started.

Rian founded Moai Strength & Wellness with a simple mission: to create a place where people don't just become stronger physically, but build the confidence, resilience, and habits that improve every part of their lives.

We believe every member should feel valued from the moment they walk through the door. There are no cliques, no egos, and no one is left to figure things out alone. We've created a coaching environment where people are known by name, supported throughout every session, and encouraged to grow without judgement. I walked into Moai Fitness Centre with one goal: to get stronger. When I first started, I struggled with 10kg, but thanks to the coaching and encouragement here, I’m now lifting 32kg and pushing myself for even heavier weights. Looking back at how far I’ve come is something I’m really proud of. Had to mention Josh’s classes on a Wednesday and Thursday night as they’re my favourite sessions of the week. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is so welcoming – no intimidating gym culture, just a supportive community of all abilities working towards their goals.
