The Moai 6-Week Programme is a structured kettlebell strength and conditioning block designed to help you build strength and confidence in training. With three coach-led sessions each week, every workout is guided so you always know what to do and how to progress.
Most people join simply looking to move better and feel stronger. Over six weeks, they develop good training habits, learn the movements properly, and gain the confidence to keep fitness as a consistent part of their routine.

Consultation
Before you start training, we take the time to understand you. Your lifestyle, your goals, the barriers you've faced with exercise, and why fitness hasn't yet become a consistent part of your life. This conversation helps us build a clear picture of where you are now and where you want to go, ensuring your journey with Moai starts with the right foundation.
PHASE 2
The Programme
Three coached sessions each week inside a premium training environment. You'll learn to move well with kettlebells, build confidence and develop real strength, with no pressure, no judgement and coaches who genuinely want to see you succeed. As the weeks progress, you'll feel stronger, move better and start building real momentum.
PHASE 3
Review & Membership
At the end of your 6 weeks, we sit down together to review your journey. We'll look at how your training has gone, how you've settled in and how you're feeling. For most people, this is where the next step begins. If Moai feels like the right fit, you'll be invited to become a full member and continue building on everything you've started.

Rian founded Moai Strength & Wellness with a simple mission: to help people experience the real benefits of kettlebell training — not just in the gym, but in the way they move and feel in everyday life.
Having seen how intimidating traditional gym environments can be, he built Moai to be something different. An ego-free space where people feel comfortable, part of a community, and free to grow without judgement.
Rian believes training goes beyond physical results. Through structured coaching and a positive mindset, the goal is to help people build confidence, develop resilience, and achieve things they once thought were out of reach. At its core, Moai is about becoming stronger — not just physically, but in the way you approach your life.
